Shoulder Surfers at ATMs

We are aware of individuals who hang around an ATM while someone else is using it.  Sometimes they have their phone out taking a video of the ATM user as they enter their PIN.  If the ATM user walks away before the ATM session closes, this gives the Shoulder Surfer a few seconds to step in and hijack the session and request another transaction.

While using any ATM be aware of those around you. If possible wait for others to leave the ATM area before you start your ATM session.  Remain at the ATM until your session is completed and the screen displays the prompt to start a new session.

System Maintenance

Online, Mobile, and Connection Services will be temporarily unavailable Wednesday, June 28th from 8PM to Midnight for system maintenance. Remember that our 30,000 ATM network is always available for your convenience.

Fraud Prevention PIN Requirement

An unusually high amount of local fraud connected to debit cards is impacting many financial institutions in our area. In order to protect individual members and the entire credit union, transactions with Clackamas debit cards may require PIN use or be denied.

Please be sure you know your debit card PIN. If you cannot remember your PIN or want to change it, please visit one of our branches.

While we understand this may be an inconvenience for some, it is a necessary step to protect both individuals and our membership as a whole. Thank you for your patience and understanding. At Clackamas, we appreciate your membership and are committed to your financial success.
