Annual Meeting Notice and Nominations Announcement

The 2016 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 6:00 pm at the McLoughlin Branch located at 18600 SE McLoughlin Blvd, Milwaukie, Oregon.

This year there are two open positions on the Board of Directors. The Nominating Committee, appointed by the Chairman of the Board, has nominated one member for each of the two open board positions. There we no nominations by petition filed.  There will be no nominations from the floor at the annual meeting and an election will not be conducted where the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled. In such cases, election is declared by general consent of acclamation. The nominees are as follows:

Dana Lord – Incumbent – Dana has been on the Board of Directors at CFCU since 2004. She has served as the Secretary for several terms, contributed to strategic planning annually and worked with fellow directors and management to steer the course for continued success of the credit union.  Dana is retired from Clackamas County Health, Housing and Human Services Department after 32 years. She most recently served as the Director of the Public Health Division. Her husband of 30 plus years works for Cornell Pump Company in Clackamas and they reside in Estacada.  She actively volunteers in the community, helping the elderly and disabled manage their finances.  Dana states, “It is an honor to be able to contribute to the Credit Union movement and member’s financial success.”

Debra Mason – Debra Mason is the Executive Director of the Clackamas Service Center. Debra has a masters degree from the University of California at Davis in Nutritional Biology. When she came on board at CSC she was the director of Nutrition. During that first year CSC received the Award of Excellence from the Oregon Food Bank for Nutrition programming. Now as executive director Debra is working on moving the agency toward serving more of our at risk community members in an environment of dignity and support.
