Board of Directors

Dana Lord, Chair
Retired from Public Service since 2015. The former Public Health Director of Clackamas County, a 34 year county employee veteran, Dana’s career focus was on assuring the health and safety of County residents. Programs included clean water, food safety, disease prevention, emerging infectious disease management and the WIC (Women, Infants and Children's) Nutrition Program. Dana currently volunteers for the SHIBA program, assisting county residents with navigating Medicare, Tax-Aide, assisting low income individuals and families with tax preparation through AARP and helping out with events for the Oregon Humane Society. Dana has served on the Board of Directors at CFCU since 2004 and is the current Board Chair.
Geoff Horton, Vice Chair
Geoff Horton is a senior audit manager for Aldrich CPAs + Advisors LLP, and has over ten years of experience in public accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant who specializes in providing financial services to manufacturing, real estate, non-profits, and other small to mid-sized businesses. Prior to this employment at Aldrich, Geoff worked for a high-tech company in their corporate finance department. Geoff received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and minor in Economics from the University of Oregon. A native Oregonian, he and his wife live in Sherwood and have three children. Geoff enjoys volunteering at his kids’ school and coaching their baseball and basketball teams.
Charles Stinson, Treasurer
Charlie Stinson was appointed to the Clackamas Board of Directors in July of 2015. Charlie brings over 34 years of broad knowledge to the board with 25 of those in management and executive experience with a local public utility. He believes in families and businesses, supports local services, and volunteers in many different areas. He is the President of the Canby Rotary Foundation and Treasurer of the Canby Educational Foundation. Charlie holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado.
Keith Galitz, Secretary
Retired President and CEO of Canby Telecom & Mt Angel Telephone, now known as DirectLink, Keith has been on our Board of Directors since 2010. A veteran of thirty-five years in the telecommunication and broadband industry, Keith started as an attorney before moving to management positions in the "Bell System". He is the past President of the Rotary Club of Canby and also serves on the Board of Trustees of George Fox University. Keith serves on the Board of CHR Solutions a Houston, Texas software solutions and broadband engineering company. Keith holds a BBA from the University of North Texas and a JD from Baylor University, while also having graduated from the Advanced Management Program, Harvard University School of Business. He and his wife live in Canby.
Charles Fick III, Director
Charles Fick III is the President of General Distributors, Inc. a fourth generation owned family business since 1921, he has worked for the past 32 years. Charles was elected to the Board of Directors in May 2015. He is active in Helping Hands, a charitable organization through General Distributors that gives back to the local communities they serve. Charles attended Western Washington University to study business, later at Shoreline Community College for studies in Oceanography, prior to joining General Distributors in July 1985. He enjoys competitive bowling, golf, snow skiing, scuba diving, and many other outdoor activities.
Debra Mason, Director
Debra Mason is the Executive Director of the Clackamas Service Center. Debra has a Master’s Degree from the University of California at Davis in Nutritional Biology. When she came on board at CSC she was the director of Nutrition. During that first year CSC received the Award of Excellence from the Oregon Food Bank for Nutrition programming. Now as executive director Debra is working on moving the agency toward serving more of our at risk community members in an environment of dignity and support.
Gordon Huiras, Director Emeritus
Retired Oregon City Chief of Police, Gordon began his volunteer service to the Credit Union in 2001 on the Supervisory Committee, and served as Chair for three years. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2004, and served as Board Chair from 2009 to 2011. Gordon’s 31-year career with the Oregon City Police Department included 10 years as the Chief of Police and Director of Public Safety. He is a Life Member of the Oregon Association of Chiefs of Police. Gordon is a graduate of Clackamas Community College and holds a B.S. from the University of Portland. He and his wife have a residence in Canby.
Barry Rotrock, Director Emeritus
Former superintendent of Oregon City Schools, Barry served on our board for many years. In July of 2015 he was appointed Director Emeritus, an honor that will allow him to continue sharing his knowledge and experience with the credit union. For 34 years, Barry educated the young people of Oregon City, as a teacher, principal, and superintendent. During his time as an educator, Barry earned the Oregon Teacher of the Year award. Since his retirement, Barry has been extremely active in the community as the past president of the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the board of Clackamas Children's Center, among numerous other organizations. Barry holds a B.S. and M.A. from Oregon State University.
